Refund policy

At Northgate Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law, we offer an extended 100-day return policy.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within these 14 days by sending an email to info@northgatewatches.com or by using the model withdrawal form below. You may also use your own written statement, provided it clearly indicates your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Our Extended 100-Day Return Policy

Beyond your statutory rights, Northgate Watches offers an extended 100-day return policy.

You may return your watch within 100 days of receiving your order, provided that:

·      the watch is returned complete with all original accessories and packaging;

·      the product is adequately protected during return shipping;

·      the watch shows no signs of damage beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the shipment until it has been received by us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless we have made an error or supplied a defective product, the direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund:

·      the full purchase price;

·      the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment (if applicable).

Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping option will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

6. Inspection of the Product

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from such use.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@northgatewatches.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

8. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer legislation, including:

·      products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

·      sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (where applicable).
