You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 100 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch.

Kindly note that you pay for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. Northgate/ Blue Ocean Europe BV does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for your order. We settle the shipping cost that we have made with the amount to be refunded. At shipping companies like Fedex, these are on average 45 euro outside Europe, within Europe these are 25 euro. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

  2. Repack your products.
  3. Send the package back to us
  4. Make sure that your Name and address is on the package you are going to send us, otherwise we do not know who we have to make a refund.
